1. Agreement overview
Veyl provides website design, online business setup, lead capture systems, AI automation, SEO support, domain services, booking systems, and website support services for businesses.
2. Project scope
The project scope is agreed before work begins. Unless agreed in writing, logo design, full brand identity, paid stock assets, paid plugins, unlimited revisions, paid advertising, guaranteed SEO rankings, and custom software beyond the agreed setup are not included.
3. Payments
Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Final files, domain transfer, launch, and handover may be withheld until payment is received in full.
By proceeding to payment, the client confirms they have read and agreed to this agreement and authorises Veyl to begin work upon receipt of full payment.
4. Revisions
Unless otherwise agreed, website projects include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions. Additional revisions may be charged at Veyl's support rate of £50/hr (minimum £50).
5. Completion time
Where a 72-hour completion time is agreed, the timeline begins only when payment has been received, scope confirmed, and required content and access supplied.
6. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all information, materials, approvals, and access required. Veyl is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late replies, or lack of access.
7. Ownership
Once full payment is received, the client will own the final website content and design created specifically for them, excluding third-party software, platforms, templates, stock assets, AI tools, and licensed materials.
8. AI & automation
AI tools may produce incorrect or unsuitable responses. The client is responsible for reviewing AI-generated customer-facing content. Veyl does not guarantee specific leads, bookings, AI accuracy, or uninterrupted uptime.
9. SEO disclaimer
Veyl does not guarantee first-page Google rankings, specific search positions, traffic levels, enquiries, or revenue.
10. Limitation of liability
Veyl's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Portfolio use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Veyl may display the completed project as part of its portfolio or marketing.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
